That would depend on your cancellation policy and the distance in time between booking and cancellation. Often the airbnb fees are not returned with a cancellation.

The cancellation section of your listing says that the guest can cancel with no penalty or fine if they cancel within 48 hours of making the booking.

Your listing is not correct for Airbnb. You're not allowed to have a different price in the text and you're not allowed to charge a deposit that the guest has to pay in advance or when they arive.

Your price shows as 14,995 Rubles. If one person books it they pay that much and they can bring up to 3 others for the same price. If they book for only 1 no one else will be able to book it on Airbnb for the same dates.

You might want to add separate listings for each bed. The article below describes it for rooms but it's the same for beds. you may have to describe each listing as "shared room".

If your listing does not conform with the airbnb terms and conditions as @Steve143 here indicates, your guest can contact airbnb and have the booking cancelled free of charge. You could risk that your listing will be taken down.
