@Gordon27 Could be a variety of issues, including having duplicated accounts: one through social media one through an email account. 

You can try to help by telling her to log out and try loggin in again through a different account.  For example loggin out of the account with the email issue and try logging in through Facebook. 

Other than that, she should contact Airbnb to get her problems sorted out.
