They are not in my transaction history and I need to find documentation as proof of lost income for my insurance company.
until recently abb was deducting guest refund from your future stays, but I've heard from now on they will deduct it directly from your credit card or bank account
you should find it in host / dashboard( account / transactions
Unfortunately, no, they are not listed under transactions, hence my question in this forum.
did you ever get an answer. In that spot now in Sonoma CA and I need verification of lost income.
bump - anyone ever figure out how to access refund history?
Airbnb is refusing to provide the fees of the cancelled reservation stating their policy of not doing it. Once the reservation is cancelled, unless you saved it somewhere, it will longer exists in your Airbnb account. I am pushing this up to Brian Chesky. So far Airbnb's response is insulting and irresponsible. We must have documentation to have any chance of recovery for our lost incomes. Disaster Emergency Relief Funds must be accompanied with documentation. Insurance claims must have documentation. Not sure if you all saw Brian video this morning, but not getting support for the documentation after asking several times today, makes his "pep" talk pretty lame. While they are trying to help and I'm grateful, we need documentation for income loss credits for our taxes, we need documentation for our loan requests, we need documentation for our insurance claims.
I made a list of my cancelled reservations and then search my email for the confirmation of the reservation, which has reservation totals.
