Please help, new host. Have a first guest interested in booking for a month and not being allowed to do so. when requesting a whole month he says Airbnb will not allow (monthly rate has a good discount!). Airbnb allows 2 weeks, price is not comparable to monthly rate! how should I solve this issue? Is there an Airbnb real/live person customer service number to call?
You can call them but not sure what you could say or they could do.
Better if the prospective guest contacts them if they are having issues.
I looked at your listing and put in dates for more than a month and it came up fine.
