I am new in the airbnb world so could you help me how is it possible that guests booking for 9EUR/n while my basic price is 35/n?

Should I turn off the smart pricing?

turn off smart pricing and set your prices by yourself. You can set it manually by days too, add or remove weekly and monthly discount. The best is if you have your prices under your control.

You can also set the parameters for smart pricing- you can set both the highest amount you would want charged, and the lowest amount. If you want to use smart-pricing, you should definitely set something you are happy with.
