This is my second time that Airbnb did not send the money to me. One guest group damaged my new sofa. The booked person sent the money to me via Send Money. on 1/28, Airbnb sent me an email "XX sent the money" indicatted that it takes 5-7 busisness days I would received the money. Last time, I did not receive the payment for one hosting. After one month, I accidently caught that and checked the transaction history in which I indeed did not receive it. So I called Airbnb. They sent it to me. This time I also called Airbnb. So far, no luck
