Having issues trying to approve a new guest. Calendar tells me I need to edit dates. When I go to calendar, it says the person needs to verify their details.
She has done screenshots to show the process is completed, but on my end it show as pending. I would to approve her, but how to go forward?
@Debbie157 It sometimes happens that Airbnb database updates do not happen at the same time if you take into consideration geo location of the host and the guest. Check the status of that reservation after a couple of hours, or log out, clean cookies and log in again. It often works if you do it on all the devices you use to connect to Airbnb.
