help line is terrible.

help line is terrible.

I have tried to file a complaint on a ambassador. I never get a call back from a supervisor let alone someone who is actually helpful. They have gotten smarter too and wont let you call back until you find someone that's helpful. That was always been the help hack. Now they just forward you to the same person who opened the original ticket from India that cant help.  Covid is over, open the help lines back in the respected countries where they observe local laws and verbiage that is understood. It should be a law if you want to go global as a company and sell a product in a country outside of the manufacturing/service you are required to have a "800" number to contact for support of "locals".  I understand the need to forward calls after regular business hours to another time zone that's open for emergencies but come on. Plus we cant even rate our help from the help line. 1 in 10 calls is maybe fielded properly and in a helpful way.

@Sean166 Airbnb have a very clever system where nothing can be escalated. Of course with this system any scoring system for customer service would give a low score so I doubt they will ever implement one!

I'm having the same problem!!!  Did you get any help????   Thanks
