I need your help. My name is Martin ***. The last week I did a reservation. I rent a house (studio) for Air bnb in the New York City. I comunicate with the lanlord, Richard and he wrote me that the reservation was ok.
When I went to looking for the keys (he sent the indication), the lanlord canceled the reservation 1 hours before that i ARRIVE A HIM HOUSE. I payed this reservation. I tried to comunícate with the lanlord and he did not answer. I am very angry for this situation. I do not how he return my money because he delete the announcement of the page airbnb.
