hosting property managers

Hi all. I am a property manager that looks after 140 properties in Hanmer Springs, Hanmer Springs, New Zealand. 

I am trying to work out how to join and host as a property manager for all my homes rather than an individually. Can anyone please point me in the right direction as I seem to be getting the run around from AirBnB.

You can only do that if whoever owns each property owner/host allows you to set up the listing in your business name rather than theirs.

If I was the owner I certainly wouldn't do that.

Why not use one of the sofware packages out there that enable you to more easily host multiple properties.

Thanks Helen for the information. You misunderstand the situation. I manage these properties for owners already and take commission for bookings. www.hanmerholidayhomes.co.nz this is our website. We are simply widening our net to gain further bookings for the owners we represent. The owners engage us to do all the marketing and manage bookings on their behalf, so they have no problem with us listing with AirBnB
