hosting

Hi there!

Just started to host an apartment and really think that did everything correctly, but unfortunately Airbnb shows that "those dates are not available", when somenone wants to book the specific dates that are available. Listing status shows "listed". What else do I need to add or to activate to get sterted with hosting the place? 

Maybe I need to wait until Airbnb confirms my hosting as I am the newcomer? 

Please help! 🙂

Sometimes takes 24hrs to be intergrated into the booking system.

Good to see Latvians getting involved with Airbnb. They'll do very well during the Song Festival in July.  They have a natural ability to be gracious hosts. As a matter of fact, I am staying at an Airbnb. Sveicināta Viktorija! I've been a host in NY for one year. It's a lot of fun! Aija

I am just moving in hosting and I dont have too much experience in that field so 

I need a lot of advices that may help me to go forward 

I get  alot experience from AIESEC but I think its not enough

I have subnitted a request for money from a previous guest.  It has been a week and I have not heard anything from the guest.  I want airbnb to get involved.  How do I get them to respond?  I have looked through the help center and I can't find a way to actually talk to them.  

I did read in the community ways to communicate with them but the directions are no longer valid.  There isn't an option to choose " I hve a different ".
