I'm new to hosting, I got my first guest request, my guest said it's one person. I send pre approve. The accept with another name for 4 person. i'm unable to view there profile. I don't feel comfortable , what should i do?

You must contact Airbnb Customer Service - use Twitter or the form: https://www.airbnb.com/help/contact_us#/. Explain that you feel uncomfortable with that and let airbnb deal with that. Just one thing - if you receive a link to agree to cancel, be careful because it might be your =host cancellation.
