how can I delete a payout method or change the default method? Also when will I get paid?

how can I delete a payout method or change the default method? Also when will I get paid?

I am a new host and can not figure out how to change a payout method. Also it said my payment would be released 24 hours after check in but its been like 3 days and no payment has been released! Can someone please help
