Use the search box above "search the community" and look for Contact Airbnb or something like that, and 50 different posts will pop up all with ways to contact customer support.

Great to hear from you. Air BnB did resolve my problem "Thank you". It seems though that we only get 1 reply per 24 hours.
Is that due to the time difference? Sorry for the delay in replying to you but I couldn't work out how to do it straight away.
