how do I remove instant booking from my listing?

I received an "instant" booking for summer 2017 although I haven't set my prices yet, I had to cancel as I had other bookings I take every year for that time.   If I wasn't allowing instant booking I could have handled the situation without the cancellation fee so now I want to withdraw that.   Can anyone tell me how I do that?
