I had an instant book reservation made but the guest wanted to check in at 3AM. This wasn't good for me and so I cancelled the reservation within 12 hours of it being made. Is there any way to unblock these days on my calendar?
3am is slightly unusual, I would change you check in time to something you are more comfortable with.
You can try and see if ABB will make an exception, nothing else comes to mind.
@Laura244 Before you cancel on a guest, you should contact Airbnb for assistance. Airbnb imposes penalties for cancelling. You can read about it here:
