how do i contact someone from rbnb??? i got something stolen...

hello

 i rented my apartment out and now my Balenciaga shoes are missing

this was the person ***

i am not 100  percent sure but i doubt its my cleaning lady. (who is working in my apartment for 3 years and never stole anything)

Anyways i am very disappointed with rbnb i don’t have a contact person or anything.

i will cancel my apartment on this website , i mean this tolally sucks. the service is more than bad.  how do i contact someone????

I am sorry that you had this happen to you.  Are you able to prove this guest "stole" this item?
