how do i up the price automatically for shorter stays

How do i automatically up the price if somebody wants to stay for 5 days or less for ex. 

 

Also, is there a way to only allow 7 days and + stays automatically.

 

Thank you so so much to anybody that replies, I have been trying to find answers online and just can not figure it out.
