I have a guest booked May 14-21 and Airbnb just sent me a query for May 17-22!! I pre-approved her on my hand phone and then went to the desktop to check comp rates and realised this... What if she had confirmed?
Not just this, often I am recommended by its RM system to "unblock dates" which are seeing a surge in queries. How on earth do I unblock an existing reservation?! Throw the guest on the street???
How can a system double booked dates when they should be "closed" once a booking is made. Elementary, Dear Airbnb!! Someone needs to test and fix this bug.
