I am a host who has been listing several places for a while, and i am infuriated with the airbnb software bugs and there non-existant support . I have had NO PROBLEMS with guests, the problem is with airbnb and their obfuscation. what is the relizable way I can file a problem ? Their menus lead me in circles, and they won;t answer an email when they say a prior issue is closed. They are wasting my time. help!
seriously, i am looking for suggestions on how to contact them most effectively. which menu, what time chat will work and won't, etc. i am not ranting for the fun of it, i need to solve the problem and move on.

btw: The community is a Forum of Hosts helping each other out when they can, it's usually best to search for what you are looking for as it has probably been answered hundreds of times.
thank you, that seems helpful and i have tried the twitter idea. I am surprised to find many software bugs with airbnb, aside from poor ux design. i will remain hopeful.
I agree. I ditched the iOS app because it was worse than useless and the website is really clunky. But the worst of all is not being able to make contact. I don't mind paying the airbnb fee if I can get support..... but it's simply not there!
There are a lot of ways you can contact Airbnb for help or advice. Just google their phone numbers or posts where it is explained how to contact them. I usually use twitter or send my message on https://www.airbnb.com/help/contact_us (scroll down and click on "my question is about something else")
I always did get their help and my problems were usually resolved the same day, usually in 6 hours. But, I've heard that it is hard to get them on phone in urgent situations when you need help immediately 😞
