how to delete request and conversation with guests

please if could help me, how I can delete conversation with guests (that is not reservation only conversationwith them) I would like to delete all conversation.

If you hover over the right hand side of the message thread with the guest you can archive it - so at least it disappears from your normal view. It's still in your archive however. I guess it is there as a record in case required by you in the event of any dispute. I can;t see how to delete from archive...unless anyone else can..
