how to unblock canceled space?

Strange thing happened...

I was waiting for a guest to confirm her booking and she canceled it. Someone else then instant booked during that time frame. She was really upset, so i notified the person and canceled their instant book. I am now trying to open up the space for her again and its blocked because i canceled it. How can i unblock the canceled space so she can now book into it?

Hi Tara - in brief you can't. There are strict penalties for hosts who cancel on guests - one of them is that your calendar is blocked for  those dates, another is a financial penalty, and removal of Superhost status and/or inability to be a Superhost for at least a year.

You can try and plead your case to AirBnB and see if they will repeal the penalties.
