We have a moderate cancellation fee, and it is less than 5 days from their scheduled visit. All agree with the cancellation of course. I can cancel, but it will affect my superhost status. My guest can cancel, but there will be a fee. There are certainly extenuating circumstances (major flooding, in my home and the surrounding community), but I do not know how to notify Airbnb of these. Is there a way to chat with a representative from Airbnb? I can only find an option for help from the Airbnb community forum.

@Amy-And-Chuck0 Do a google search with Airbnb support phone number. It will appear.
Call them and ask them to cancel for you.
