i can not read my messages - Airbnb Community

i can not read my messages

I am a host. When I pull up my inbox or when I click on my messages, I can not read my current or previous messages. I am clicking on the message thread, but it will not pull up the information. I was able to do so previously, but it does not work any longer. I am able to read the messages on my phone though... when I log into airbnb on my phone. I just can not read them any more on my lap top. What am I doing wrong?
