i cannot cancel the reservation

i cannot cancel the reservation so that i can issue full refund. the system says i must contact the support. please help cancel immediately. the guest need to find another host. thank you

You must never ever cancel the reservation yourself. The guest has to do it or your ratings will be badly hurt.

You can also contact airbnb costumer service and they will help you out. Best, Sandra
