have the exact same issue....
called the number and spoke with CSR Rocelle from a call center in the phillipine. I confirmed with her everything including all possible email accounts. She could not locate my account nor explain to me why everytime when I login it says "INVALID EMAIL" at which point I asked for a solution to reset my account credentials while informing her that I have no access to my iphone which has that icloud email.
she said you could try to use a new email and create a new account but she wasnt sure if the system would accept it since my current airbnb account has already been verified and is linked to my drivers license, bank account (As a host), my vacation property address, name, etc.... on top of that she said I could not speak to her supervisors since I was not able to confirm my email.
This is ridiculous...... because I told her if the system wont accept a new account with the same info used previously then what happens ? who do i talk to, to reset my account login ? and more importantly who do I talk to, to pull up all my airbnb income details as a host for 2018!
Does anyone have any suggestions.... I would like to also reactivate my listing as a host but should I try with a new account or what ???
