It's not impossible.

And then if it's urgent (this is not urgent) there is a phone number too.  

Suggest to use the page form first, they're pretty responsive to hosts.

As for payouts, those tend to happen one business day after the guest checks in.  You can also look at your transactions to see payout status:  https://www.airbnb.com/users/transaction_history/

@Xavier22 the methods and numbers for contacting AirBnB are here. The Twitter method is getting a good response from Airbnb at the moment.
