Hello @Philip186 ,

Your listing is set to GBP 772,-. Don't know what you mean by "service charge", it does mention the useal Airbnb service fee,  which is charged to guests on every Airbnb reservation.

best regards, Emiel

Emiel. I have set the price in base price at £700. I dont understand why it is then charging my guest a higher amount and a service charge of £267

Hello @Philip186 ,

I see price is now GBP 721,- , so you changed  it ?

Please note you also have set a 21% weekly discount and a 49% monthly discount.

And as mentioned before: Airbnb service fee is charged on every reservation, it is paid by the guest to Airbnb, not to you.

best regards, Emiel

@Philip186   Check that Smart Pricing is not turned on. I have noticed once in a while it tends to go rogue (possibly a glitch) and turns itself on without a hosts input. The service fee is the fee Airbnb charges the guest click the little '?' next to it and it explains what it is - it varies, I believe, between 12-15% (you would have to double-check that figure as is just what I recall reading).
