i'm not receiving sms notifications

Hi to all !
One week now i'm not receiving sms notifications to my mobile .

I'm not using the app , i'm using airbnb through my laptop or desktop

I contacted airbnb and they just said to deactivate the notifications and activate them again .

I did it .. Nothing happened ..

I contacted again and they told me to update my app !!! because they see that i'm using the app !

I never installed anywhere the app !

Can anyone please help me ?

I 'm a superhost and i can't work without sms ..
