i'm thinking about hosting in Columbus, Ohio

so i'm new and  i'm thinking about hosting and was wondering if anyone from the  columbus, ohio area could give me a acurate idea of how many days of the year I would have guest in my house, it would be a entire house or apartment that could host up to four. this is something i expect to vary and am very open to all thoughts and ideas, i'm just trying to get a handle on this and would like as much imput as possible

FYI: Michael Stinziano at-large Democratic member of the Columbus , Ohio City Council is anti airbnb and is introducing legislation for the state of Ohio to squash airbnb or to tax them out of existence.

Any updates on this boneheaded anti small business legislation?

No-one is going to be able to give you an 'accurate' idea . There are too many variable factors, location, type of property, price, reviews, quality of hosting etc. It also depends on how well you proactively market your property.

What you can do is contact your local tourism people find out about what sort of people visit the area you are interested in, footfall, capacity etc.

You can also look at existing listings similar in profile to the ones you want to buy and look at their occupany.
