id verification

Hi! 

I am trying to verify my ID through AirBNB and when I click government ID through area just goes blank and nothing shows up to take a photo or go next etc.

Is there another way i can do this? 

Please help!

sonds like a glitch - I would contact airbnb directly - twitter of facebook seem to get the quickest response
