hi,

we are new to airbnb and listed our property last night. On the calender we have a reservation in yellow and it states 'verification pending' and appears to be requesting verfication from the person wishing to book. We have not requested only verified guests so not sure why it's asking for that. Any advice would be gratefully recieved, 🙂

guests still need to meet abb requirements to book. this can happen that people try to book but can not provide the right documents or credit card. this is also a protection for you. good luck with your new booking, mb
