Ask or notify Airbnb for support before opening your mouth. Don't try to deal the issue alone.
You are responsible for handling issues that come up with guests. What rules are they violating?
I usually reach out to Air B and B for help and they haven’t failed me so far.
We say something to the guest immediately and keep all communication via the app — always as a general rule. We notify Airbnb especially if the violation results in a request for an extra fee (like smoking in our non-smoking apartment or breaking something). Luckily these things don’t happen regularly but we’ve had several in incidents over the years.
