inbox not appearing on my other computer

inbox not appearing on my other computer

I listed my place on Airbnb as a Host, while I was travelling - so using my laptop. Now I am home, I have logged into my account on my desk top computer... and it does not come up with the information in my Inbox ie. a conversation I am having with a prospective guest. 

 

Why? How do I get to that conversation?

 

I have tried logging in and out again... and nothing.

 

Please help.  Thanks

@Romy2 What, exactly, are you seeing in your Inbox? Have you looked in all the folders in your Inbox?

yes - nothing in the Inbox at all. I have only just listed on Airbnb and only have one property on there and one conversation going with prospective guests.

Don't understand how, when I log into my account from another computer, I am not getting the same info".

@Romy2 What kind of devices / OS systems are you using.  If you are using an app on one of them, you may need to refresh the cache and /or try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.   I use Google Chrome on my lap top and have never had any of the type of problems app users have reported. 

thanks Clare. I am using Safari on an iMac desk top and MacBook pro laptop. Don't think this is through any apps - just getting onto the Airbnb site directly.  Any clues from that? thanks again

@Romy2 I'm not terribly tech savy, but can you install Google Chrome on either of those devices?  Airbnb works best with that browser. .  If it doesn't help, I'm afraid you'll have to contact Airbnb directly:

Thanks so much again Clare. Have downloaded Google Chrome and installed. Lo and behold.... no difference. What a pity. Will call Airbnb = thanks so much for sending the link to the phone numbers - I was wondering how to find them.
