income verification

Hi!!

Is there any document that can be used to verify income for this year as a host? So far, all options I see are gross earnings (which only shows 2015 info, i need 2016) or the transaction list and future transactions which only export to csv. Is there any pdf or pay-stub type documets I can use stating my income for the last few months?

Those documents available on Airbnb are the extent of your earnings at this point until you have tax returns.  You are a 1099 employee, a contractor, you do not get a "paystub".  If you are trying to prove your earnings, show the lender your earnings so far this year from the imported csv doc and your future bookings.  This is the challenge with being a contractor, you have to do the leg work, run your own excel spread sheets of earnings and taxes.  Talk to a tax professional if you need other documents to support your potential income.
