Can I create an independent web site for listing my rooms while with AirBnB?

@Paul1998  Yes, there are many hosts who not only have their properties listed in their website but also listed in different other short term rental sites such as booking.com, and  home stay.com.

 

Just make sure that you manage the calendar well to avoid double booked from two different sites.

Yes you can. And you absolutely should. Never become wholly dependent on Airbnb. That's been the rock that countless hosts have perished on.
