instant book against my wish please help

I had my settings for instant book and someone sent an iquiry if they could have 6 guests ( I specify up to 4) I also have no parties events...This person asked if they could pitch a tent for the extra guests. Within 5 min. of that inquiry the person instant booked for the 6 people anyways before I could even respond. Now I have to cancel? ? Is there an acutal airbnb number or email to contact with questions that need to be answered right away? This booking is for 2 days away!!! Alisha

Call Airbnb ASAP and have them find accommodations for 6 guests
and cancel this reaervation.

If six show up, you can refuse them entry and have them call customer service.

You don't have to agree to their demands. Hosting takes cojones and you have the right to protect your home and house rules.

The only way the instant book would be allowed through Air BNB is if the guest did not accurately list 6 people since 4 people is your limit.  Advise guest that only registed guests up to the top limit of 4 will be allowed.  Since that does not seem to be the needs of the guest they should cancel and other accomodations booked.
