When a guest sends me a message, I can see it on my iphone and my airbnb account on my computer. However when I try to reply on my phone, it says "Unfortunately, we could not process your response because your number is registered to too many accounts." Can anyone tell me how to fix this problem. Thanks in advance.
I am new to Airbnb as a host. I am experiencing the same problem. Arghh! I give them my cell and we text that way. But annoying... I deleted another Airbnb account that I had used previously years ago a few times as a renter (different email). Thought that would do the trick but Nope! Still comes up the way it does for you...no bueno
