land line ringing even time there's a message

How do I switch off the land line ringing every time I have a communication from airbnb or a guest. I'm a host. I've tried texting 247262 as airbnb suggests, but it doesn't get delivered.

Try on your notification center: disable the alerts when a guest messages.
