I do not know how to open the room again, after guest booked , i can not receive more booking.

I do not know set about the price.

You have two listings. The "Thanh Kieu Family Bungalow with sea view and pool" needs to be tuned. it says: 5 guests, 2 bedrooms. But in sleeping arrangements it says "1 bedroom" (with 1 double bed). There is no fee for additional guests set ( 1 or 5 people pay same price)

If you (also) want to rent the rooms separately, then you nee to create a listing for each room.
