How can I indicate that the location is near the sea?

Maybe add a graphic / map early in your photos, in your listing. Maybe something like this... but of your choice. Download an App. that works for you... I hope you don’t mind that I used your photo.

@Kees, if the sea is your main draw I would change your listing title to something like "Walk to the Sea in X minutes" or "Private Cottage with views of the Sea" etc. etc.
