hello dear Airbnb.com team, i want to ask you something about my property. i have a 5 room -two is with private bathroom and other 3 is with shared bathroom so prices are different and how can i listing? thank you

Hi @Salome29 currently your listing is set up so up to 8 guests can stay for the price of £20 a night....plus a 20% discount!

I would suggest you snooze your listing for the moment until you have made the adjustments you need to make, otherwise you may get some bookings at a price you don't want.

The best thing for you to do is to create a listing for each of the 5 rooms you want to rent, and then link up the calendars. 

You can add the amenties and pricing to each depending on if it has a private bathroom, shared etc. 

You can duplicate your original listing and them make the adjustments to each as you go, so you don't need to create a new one from scratch each time!

I'd say take action ASAP 🙂
