looking for host helpers in Varna

Friends, your help is very necessary. I manage an apartment in the city of Varna remotely. And faced with dishonesty of staff. Now I am looking for a helper for whom the standards of hospitality would be as important as for me and for our entire Air & B community.

Since I am not a local resident of Varna and most of the time I am in Moscow, for me this is a difficult task. Please advise, leave, please, links, or contacts of people who like to welcome guests in Varna. I would be grateful for your any ideas and suggestions for help.
