messages to guests not being sent by Airbnb

I was just dropped as super host because my message was not sent by airbnb.  I use a computer and it seems that if someone books in the future (perhaps more than a month ahead) then when I get the Airbnb message and use it to send my reply, -- it is not sent. Instead I get a message on my email box that the address has expired. It doesn't say which or who's was not delivered. When I click on the logo and go through Airbnb for messages, it has listed over a hundred guests but doesn't tell me which one didn't get my message. This happons about twice a week so some replies go through but others don't and I can't keep up with which ones airbnb do not forward to (even using their reply forum). Below is a typical reply I keep getting:

Hi @Charles60,  I also had that problem and it led to a few misunderstandings because guests were not receiving my messages.  For me, the messages simply were not delivered to the guest although there was no indication like the message you show above to alert me to the issue.  I was advised by others on this forum never to trust the e-mail though airbnb feature, and to protect myself, to only send messages through the airbnb messaging system while logged into the Airbnb site itself.  Since I have done that, I haven't had any problems.  I hope you manage to get your status back, as it isn't your fault.
