Hi @Charles60, I also had that problem and it led to a few misunderstandings because guests were not receiving my messages. For me, the messages simply were not delivered to the guest although there was no indication like the message you show above to alert me to the issue. I was advised by others on this forum never to trust the e-mail though airbnb feature, and to protect myself, to only send messages through the airbnb messaging system while logged into the Airbnb site itself. Since I have done that, I haven't had any problems. I hope you manage to get your status back, as it isn't your fault.
