minor guests alone

I have in inquiry from a 17 year old female wanting to rent my listing through Airbnb for 3 days, alone.  What, if any, are the rules for renting to a minor?

It is my understanding that a person must be 18 in order to have an account. Is she using her own account, or is this a third party booking?
