missing a payout

I have not recieved a payout for a geust that stayed about a month ago.  Is there a reason for this?

I am also waiting for some payouts of people that stayed in Jan already, but there is no where on the site that i find any contact detail for AIRBNB. can you maybe assist me with a mail adress, or how to contact them

@Milinda0 sorry to respond so late...was playing golf today!  Here's a helpful link to contact Airbnb.  The best way is to contact them through twitter @Airbnbhelp.

If you need a phone number to call, look at your last guest's itinerary, under Your Reservations.  You will see an Airbnb contact number for your area.
