mobile verification problem

I'm wanting to book a stay but the mobile verification isn't sending me a code.

an error message pops up: You’ve reached the max confirmation attempts. Try again later.

How long later? I've been to dinner and tried again but no luck! 😞

I'd like to book my first stay.

It appears as if there may be an IT issue with verifications . text alerts @Lizzie @Laura_C @Stephanie @Quincy would you please be able to follow up on this.

It sounds like there's a glitch in roadworks why text alerts are not coming through for so many people - this is the 3rd person who has posted with this problem in the last couple of days.
