Hi, I have a Turkish guest who want to stay for a month in my 1 bed house with his wife and 2 daughters, he will be at work everyday but wife and kids will be home all day , I advertise upto 2 guest, how do I go about this, he could squeeze them in but I don’t want 4 people staying for the price of 2?!!
Help!! Please!!
Hi @Emma646
Personally I wouldn't recommend you do this. If your place is suitable for only two adults, how is it going to be after a family of four have been there for a month?
How old are the children? Where would they sleep? Is your place child proofed? Are you happy to provide extra bedding, crockery, chairs etc.
Although if you want to, you could easily send them a special offer for the extra two guests ie the children. for the period, as a host it's a booking I would turn down.
@Emma646 You shouldn't accept. They won't be happy in a place for 2. It gets crowded, there is a reason that places have maximum capacity. You will try to make them happy and you will get bad review in return. Not to mention that it should never happen for the price for two because they will spend twice as much. I don't think it is a good idea!
Thanks for the advise everyone, I have declined the booking, I thought that this may be the case in this instance. thanks again 🙂
@Emma646 I was going to say that you could accept them on the condition that the three ladies cook for you for a month lol.
Mmmm why didn’t I think of that! 😃
