more people in the house than booked

My neighbors called me about the number of cars in front of the house.  I contacted the guest 2x without reply. I went to the house and found 15 people in the house.  I specify in the house rules that only the confirmed number of people are allowed in the house, even if not staying the night, any extra people must pay.  I did not like this.  How do I resolve. I need to at least get paid for the extra people. Help please

I see your post is from yesterday and I hope you already resolved the problem. 

You don't have many options - one is to go there and ask all extra people to leave immediately.

If extra guests don't want to leave then you can request additional money through ABB resolution center and make them accept it immediatelly, while you are there. If they don't want to do it then ask the entire group to leave immediately.

Contact Airbnb and ask them to cancel this booking bc they are breaking your house rules and are left the house. You will not be payed for the rest of their stay (not fair but Abb works that way unfortunatelly)

You could also first call Airbnb for help and ask them to cancel their stay but.... as I've heard here on CC they could drag it out for few days and just let the booking expire. Until then your guests could trash your house 😞
