my guest has not received her refund

Hello,

Am a host in Kenya, 

I Cancelled my Guest before the due day and her payment did not get to my account,

It now almost 3 weeks later and she has not received her refund, kindly assist and give her the refund/ let me know the way forward.

This is a forum where Airbnb members help each other with advice from their own experience. It's not Airbnb customer service so members here don't have access to others' accounts.

 

You can point out to the guest that since you do not have her money, Airbnb does, that it's her responsibility to enquire with Airbnb about her refund. There should be a contact link in the reservation confirmation email that she received.
